House Rules – Casa Panorama
Dear Guests,
We warmly welcome you to the Casa Panorama and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules carefully and share them with your fellow travelers. Our staff is authorized to enforce these rules and is always at your service if questions might occur.
Arrival & Departure
• Check-in: between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. free of charge.
• Late check-in after 10:00 p.m. is only possible upon prior arrangement.
– From 10:00 p.m. to midnight, a late check-in fee of €20 will apply.
– From midnight to 2:00 a.m., the fee is €50.
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Should you wish to store your luggage after check-out, please contact our reception. Please note that storage space is limited and we are not liable for loss or damage.
Rooms & Housekeeping
• Rooms are not automatically cleaned daily and only upon your request. For housekeeping service, please just hang the green sign from the outside on the door handle.
• Towel change: Please place used towels on the floor if you wish them to be replaced.
• Windows may only be opened for ventilation. For your own safety we ask you not to sit on windowsills or throw anything out of the windows.
• Please do not throw hygiene products, paper towels, or food scraps into the toilet. You will also help us by throwing toilet paper sparingly into the toilet to prevent our septic tank from malfunction.
Pets
• Pets are not allowed at Casa Panorama. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking & Open Flames
• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. It is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public indoor areas.
• A cleaning fee of €500.00 will be charged in the event of a violation.
• The use of candles or any open flames is strictly prohibited throughout the premises for safety reasons
Access & Key Cards
• Please always lock your room door when leaving.
• Key cards must be returned to reception upon check-out. In case of loss, a fee of €10.00 per card will be charged.
Quiet Hours & Consideration
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. throughout the entire building and outdoor areas.
• Please adjust the volume to the evening conditions to ensure that we all have a pleasant stay
—mutual consideration ensures relaxation for all.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in Casa Panorama. Guests must register all visitors in advance at the reception.
• Please ensure the main gate is always closed using your transponder when entering or leaving the premises.
Pool Hours
• Our pool is open daily from 09:00 a.m. to 09:30 p.m.
• Please respect these times to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all guests or feel free to ask at the reception for individual exceptions.
Food & Beverages
• In our public lounge area, we offer a selection of snacks and beverages.
• The consumption of food or drinks brought from outside is not permitted within the public lounge area - feel free to ask at the reception for individual exceptions.
Wi-Fi Access
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
• Please comply with applicable data protection and child protection regulations. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
Fire Safety & Emergencies
• Emergency exits are clearly marked. In case of fire, please follow the instructions of our staff.
• The emergency evacuation plan is posted on the inside of your room door.
Prohibited Conduct
• The possession or use of illegal substances or weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and notification of the authorities.
• We reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract without notice in the event of serious violations of the house rules.
